Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for all orders made in The Warung Online Store.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).

For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 – 5 business days after order verification and credit approval.

We use flat-rate shipping of RM 15.00 for orders below RM300.

Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM300 and above.

All shipments are processed in our retail store in Penang to both east and west Malaysia.

We do not deliver to P.O boxes.

Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.

International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.

Note that during festive or holiday season, shipping duration might take longer than expected.

Shipment status can be tracked via record we send to your email address, or you can contact us via email hello@thewarung.my for the status update.

The company is not responsible for any lost, error or delay caused by third party vendor or courier service.
