International Women’s Day Tribute from The Warung

In conjunction with the International Women’s Day, we are featuring some of our women vendors and partners. With the IWD 2021 theme #ChooseToChallenge, we pay tribute to these women, who have chosen a different career path, who have chosen to challenge themselves to take up the path to be an entrepreneur. Our team decided to dedicate them on our writeup, hoping to inspire even more women to choose to challenge themselves to become better.

Jenny Ho is the founder of Uncang Tea, a locally blended tea that uses local ingredients. A photo that means a lot to Jenny, which is the first time she venture out and set up a pop-up store at the Hin Bus market. She hopes to inspire more women to take up the challenge to be an entrepreneur.

The founder of Glow and Blush, Terresa Tan explores skincare and bodycare products that is natural, cruelty free and vegan. Glow and Blush is one of our latest vendor that collaborate with The Warung.
